What’s Happening at Williams Week of 4-17-23
Please be sure to have the Williams Elementary phone number, (517) 849-9175, added to your contact list in your phone. We ask that you also share this number with anyone who may be an Emergency Contact for your child(ren). In the event of an emergency, we want to make sure that we are able to reach someone as soon as possible and this will help everyone to know who is calling them.
Speaking of Emergency Contacts: Please be sure to have at least 2 other people who we can contact in the event of an emergency. Additionally, if you are unable to have a phone with you during the school day, please make sure that we have a way to get a message to you in the event of an emergency.
Thanks to our awesome PTA, our cafeteria has 3 new tv’s, a new surround sound system, wireless microphones, and a camera for doing virtual field trips and much more.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 26th. We will be having a Math & Science Family Night from 5-7 pm. There will be two science shows in the gym, 12 stations throughout the building, and pizza and water for kids and adults.
Finally, our PTA Family Bowling night will be April 22nd at L&J Lanes. Please call 517-542-2976 and set up a time if you would like to bowl . Be ready to tell them which time slot, which is either 11 am, 1:30 pm, or 4:00 pm.
