What’s Happening at Williams Week of 10.3.22
Picture Day is this Thursday! You should have already received picture day information. If you need additional envelopes, we have more in the office. We can’t wait to see all of those beautiful smiling faces!
You should have received communication regarding the scheduling of your child’s parent/teacher conference. If you do not have a time scheduled, please do so ASAP.
We will be holding a Scholastic Book Fair during conference week. It will be set up in the gym. Students will have the opportunity to go to the Book Fair with their class: One day to look and another day to purchase. Parents/guardians will be able to shop with their children when you come in for conferences.
Please remember: If you need to make any after-school changes, we MUST get them by 2:00 pm to guarantee that the message will be delivered. We have over 620 students in the building and are VERY busy after 2:00 pm. Thank you for your help with this.
As a reminder, we do not open the doors to the building until 7:40 am as we do not have adequate student supervision until that time. We ask that parents don’t drop their children off before then as there is no supervision and we want to make sure that all students are safe. (Plus, the weather is getting colder!)
