What's Happening at Williams Weekly Update

What’s Happening at Williams Week of 11.28.22

  • We hope that everyone had a nice Thanksgiving weekend. While it is nice to spend time with family and friends, we are looking forward to seeing everyone at school again tomorrow morning!

  • We do want to let everyone know of a schedule change. Due to the tech outage we experienced last week, we needed to reschedule the teacher PD day. It will be on Friday, December 16th. This means that there will be no school for students on Friday, December 16th.

  • Our Santa’s Workshop will be held the week of December 5th-9th. Students will be able to purchase tickets to buy items. All items are $1.50 each.  On Tuesday you will receive a flier and envelope that will be used to write down who the child is buying a gift for.  These envelopes and money should be returned on Friday, December 2nd or Monday December 5th.

  • Our cereal drive was a hit!  We collected 282 boxes of cereal and the students were able to watch them in a domino setup.  It was cool!  All this food has gone to the surrounding food pantries. Thank you for your support of this project!

  • Planning ahead: We will have dress-up days the week of December 12th-15th. They are as follows:

  • Monday, December 12th: Christmas Hat Day

  • Tuesday, December 13th: Red & Green Day

  • Wednesday, December 14th: Christmas Sweater/Shirt Day

  • Thursday, December 15th: Dollar Day: KP-grade 2: PJ’s; Grades 3-5 Comfy Clothes
