Flag football sign up will be held on Monday August 28th and Tuesday August 29th from 5pm to 5:30pm. Sign ups will take place in the south parking lot of the high school. Cost for flag football is $50 per player. As of right now flag football will be for grades 3rd-6th.

Anyone in grades 6th - 8th interested in joining sideline cheer and spirit club this year, the first practice has been changed DUE TO THE HALF DAY AND HEAT INDEX we will reschedule for Sunday same time 5pm -630pm at the Manor gym. Wear practice clothes and bring water. You must have a current 2023 physical to practice!!! We will also work with Volleyball and Cross Country Schedules. Good afternoon Comet families! I’m reaching out to you today because of the heat advisory for tomorrow beginning at 11:00 am. The forecast predicts the heat index to reach 105 and that doesn’t include a classroom full of bodies. Consequently, tomorrow Thursday, August 24th will be a half day.
I know half days can be challenge for some families so I do apologize for any inconvenience. However, those temperatures exceed what I’m comfortable with. The football game that is scheduled for tomorrow will be determined by the guidelines set up by MHSAA for heat. Have a good rest of your day and go Comets!
